((Let's TRY THIS AGAIN!))
The woman stood under the overhang, taking refuge from the merciless sun's rays during the hottest part of the day. Lei didn't like walking around at this time of day, finding that it was when most of her kind tended to traipses the Mountains, weather making a journey to or from home or just a walk to clear their mind, or whatever. Even though she was human, sometimes the woman found it hard to relate with others, or with any kind of being at all.
She sat on her cloak on the stone ground, leaning against the rock wall with her back to it, facing the entrance, which was wide. The dark-haired woman was smart enough to know that more than one entrance or exit was always needed in case of a attack or something of that sort. But even though this was her normal train of thought, she wasn't currently bothered by it. The woman's eyes were closed as she rested, careful not to drift off into sleep just yet. This mountain range was unfamiliar to her, so she had to be wary.
The assassin wasn't here just to see the sights, no; She was on a mission, one that she had charged herself with years ago--Bring Justice to those who couldn't. Right now, her breathing was even and steady, like the pulse of her aura.
